Who Dey Revolution Manifesto

  • Preamble

    IN THIS TIME of perpetual Cincinnati Bengals incompetence and futility, with zero playoff wins in the nineteen seasons since the WhoDeyRevolution Godfather, Paul Brown, passed away in 1991 and handed the team to his fortunate son, the Despot, Mike Brown;

    WE, the members of the Who Dey Revolution, in our fervent dedication to the Cincinnati Bengals and fanatical desire to transform our hometown team into perpetual Super Bowl contenders, call for a popular revolution of fans to demand comprehensive reform to the managerial decisions and approach of Cincinnati Bengals ownership, management, staff and players, and hereby call for the adoption of the following Who Dey Revolution Manifesto:

    Manifesto Demands

    THAT the Mike Brown, Katie Blackburn, Marvin Lewis, along with every other member of the Bengals management, staff and personnel, state publicly to all Bengals fans, “I will do everything in my power to help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl;”

    THAT Mike Brown will hire a general manager, drastically expand the scouting department and relinquish all control of player personnel;

    THAT all training, rehabilitation and medical facilities are considered best-in-class compared to other NFL teams;

    THAT the management fill the team only with players who fit the system, both mentally and physically, and are not reluctant to makes changes to player personnel when needed, regardless of cost or loyalty concerns;

    THAT offensive and defensive line depth is considered the top priority for all player personnel decisions;

    THAT all decisions made by ownership, management, staff and players, both on and off the field, are judged only by this criterion: “Does this help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl?”

My heart jumped out of my chest this morning when I heard ESPN radio announce that Mike Brown had been fired. HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!!! Then, sadly, a half second later I realized it was the wrong Mike Brown, wrong sport even. CURSE YOU, MIKE BROWN!!!

Oh wait, wasn't there a slightly above average safety for like 2 years with Chicago named Mike Brown?

So we have at least one non-sucky Mike Brown. Great.

I guess that is why there are no comments yet...LOL

1 year defensive player who couldn't even see the field for a single game whilst playing for the recent Rams.

The Mike Brown referenced above, who had a few good years before spending 5 consecutive years unable to play an entire season, and getting dumped to the Chiefs. Suckiness actually up for debate.

And that's just football.

6 season pitcher with a record of 12-20, posting a 54.00 ERA during his final season.

5 season outfielder with stats that, to someone like me who doesn't follow baseball, appear basically average.

Never a full-time starter in 11 seasons in the NBA, Brown played on the side with "Teamsystem Bologna" in Italy to get on the court more.

Canadian swimmer who has never won a world championship, but in the 2008 Beijing Olympics displayed strong "competitiveness."

Hockey forward who was demoted from the NHL back to a minor league team, notable more for being ejected from the playoffs and logging hundreds of penalty minutes in limited action than for anything positive.

Hockey goalie drafted in '03 by the Bruins, who allowed his contract to expire. Has never played an NHL game.

12 year winger, only logging 4 seasons in the NHL for a combined 34 games, scoring 1 goal in those seasons.

SWB may be on to something here...

Now that's some good research...

how about some reporting on the chicago blackhawks turnaround from family owned nightmare to winner after the patriarch passed the reigns... we can dream...

Hey, you vile venom-spewers!

Cedric Benson, Tank Johnson, Larry Johnson, Jeremi Johnson, Matt Jones, Adam Jones, and (post-humously) Chris Henry all want you to know that Mike Brown is tremendous at giving second chances, whether they're warranted or not!

So he doesn't suck at that!

Extremely disappointed if any one who reads this website roots for the Cavs. Even more disappointed in people who read this website and are not fans of the Reds.

Unfortunately, MFB excels at screwing people over (Hamilton county and Cincinnati), giving people too many chances, making piss poor choices with personnel, eating at Denny's... oh yeah, and at making a crap load of money.

He should have been blown up with Riverfront Stadium!

Say what you want about MMA, but i think this guy does not suck.
Eat your Grand-slam sized heart out Mike Brown!
Mike Brown still sucks.
