You can tease if you want, but I would think this format will in fact have a lot of front offices circling around themselves and tricking themselves into making stupid calls. Marvin is simply advocating for level-headedness.

Translation: Expect no trades of picks... again.
If they have no intention of trading up or down -- which we all know they don't -- then what is the need to change anything? The player grades are what they are at that point.
They will do the same thing that they did when the Saints leap-frogged them to snatch Sedrick Ellis... shrug their shoulders and pick from whoever is left.

Well we all know Rain Man's strategy was to not outsmart himself either, and look how that worked out.

That article's enough to make any grown Bengals fan cry. If only San Fran had traded up and gotten Eddie Brown, leaving lowly Jerry Rice for the Bengals to pick. Think the second Bengals/San Fran Super Bowl would've gone any differently?

Hey Stalin,
Thanks for the crappy post. Really insightful. Take a note from SWB and do some analysis. His draft post on the G/C from the Gators was excellent and then you had to dump on it with this crap. Way to go!

People are always telling you what to do, but what's right for them may not be right for
you.
