As you can see from the picture above, the scene at Blackfinn last Sunday during the Steelers game was filled with debauchery. While this picture wasn't actually taken at the bar because I forgot my camera, the "theme" was one and the same. A raucous crowd filled the bar all day long, while Bengal Bombs and Miller Lites were being thrown down like Eric Ghiaciuc of 2008. When Carson found Andre Caldwell in the endzone for the game-winning touchdown with just seconds remaining the celebration really began. Beer showers erupted on the scene and strangers were high-fiving while a sea of orange and black flooded into the bar from the pandemonium going on in the street. Everything seemed very surreal, but it was definitely not a dream because if it was I wouldn't have been wearing any pants as I prefer to dream in the nude...and yet, denim covered my legs. The Bengals are 2-1 and heading up North to face a struggling Browns team in the midst of an identity crisis.
While I feel very confident there are at least four Cincinnati high school teams that could beat the Browns (Elder, St. X, Colerain, Moeller), it will be up to our pseudo-professional franchise to get the job done and avoid a humiliating setback. For those of you who have no interest in going to the industrial playground that is Cleveland, Blackfinn will be showing the game on all 32 TVs with plenty of $1 beers to go around. Free Bengal Bombs, WDR t-shirts, coozys, WDR stickers, Blackfinn gift cards and much more will be raffled off at halftime and randomly throughout the day. If you haven't been down to Blackfinn yet this is the week to go. If you already purchased a WDR mug, don't forget to bring it with you to load up on $1 beers all day.
Viva!

I have to give this one to the Bengals for they will be facing the only team in the NFL that is categorically worse than they. 17-10 Bengals over the Eric Mangina lead Clowns, I mean, Browns.
