Preamble
IN THIS TIME of perpetual Cincinnati Bengals incompetence and futility, with zero playoff wins in the nineteen seasons since the WhoDeyRevolution Godfather, Paul Brown, passed away in 1991 and handed the team to his fortunate son, the Despot, Mike Brown;

Introduction

WE, the members of the Who Dey Revolution, in our fervent dedication to the Cincinnati Bengals and fanatical desire to transform our hometown team into perpetual Super Bowl contenders, call for a popular revolution of fans to demand comprehensive reform to the managerial decisions and approach of Cincinnati Bengals ownership, management, staff and players, and hereby call for the adoption of the following Who Dey Revolution Manifesto:

Manifesto Demands

THAT the Mike Brown, Katie Blackburn, Marvin Lewis, along with every other member of the Bengals management, staff and personnel, state publicly to all Bengals fans, “I will do everything in my power to help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl;”

THAT Mike Brown will hire a general manager, drastically expand the scouting department and relinquish all control of player personnel;

THAT all training, rehabilitation and medical facilities are considered best-in-class compared to other NFL teams;

THAT the management fill the team only with players who fit the system, both mentally and physically, and are not reluctant to makes changes to player personnel when needed, regardless of cost or loyalty concerns;

THAT offensive and defensive line depth is considered the top priority for all player personnel decisions;

THAT all decisions made by ownership, management, staff and players, both on and off the field, are judged only by this criterion: “Does this help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl?”

Project Mayhem Task #9, Flight #4: "WHEN IS TRAINING CAMP FOR THE FRONT OFFICE?"

WDR launched its 4th attack on Bengals training camp today during the annual Orange and Black scrimmage in Georgetown, KY. For an hour a plane flew in continuous circles around Toyota Stadium with a banner that read "WHEN IS TRAINING CAMP FOR FRONT OFFICE?" pulled behind it.

Here are some early pictures with more coming later. The plane was impossible to ignore for the appx. 10,000 fans in attendance today.

Don't forget that this could not have happened if we did not have the support of our fellow Comrades who stepped up and donated so we could make this happen.

Our efforts are paying off. Read this ESPN.com story about the Bengals training camp that discusses our plane banners - because of the plane banner they discuss the Bengals career record under Mike Brown and the Bengals' futility over the past 18 years. This would have have been mentioned if we did not take this action.

Please send this story to as many members of the media as you can - tell them that as a Bengals fan you are fed up with the losing and with the excuses.

If we work together, if enough Bengals fans join together and say "Enough is Enough," - only then will we see any change on the Bengals.

i was there and pointed it out to anyone that for some reason did not see it and it was fuckin awesome... especially the look on douche brown's face (even though he realized who he was and instantly stopped giving a fuck about it again)... and i also read the story about the last plane banner, it was great... and the pro football app on iphone gets their news from espn so its all over that too, and on a different subject, i was quite sad i didnt get to see 'luga do anything today... but i cant wait for the start of the season.... WHO DEY!!

I hope Hard Knocks shows how hated the brown family is for bastardizing the bengals and the city.
