Who Dey Revolution Manifesto

  • Preamble

    IN THIS TIME of perpetual Cincinnati Bengals incompetence and futility, with zero playoff wins in the nineteen seasons since the WhoDeyRevolution Godfather, Paul Brown, passed away in 1991 and handed the team to his fortunate son, the Despot, Mike Brown;

    Introduction

    WE, the members of the Who Dey Revolution, in our fervent dedication to the Cincinnati Bengals and fanatical desire to transform our hometown team into perpetual Super Bowl contenders, call for a popular revolution of fans to demand comprehensive reform to the managerial decisions and approach of Cincinnati Bengals ownership, management, staff and players, and hereby call for the adoption of the following Who Dey Revolution Manifesto:

    Manifesto Demands

    THAT the Mike Brown, Katie Blackburn, Marvin Lewis, along with every other member of the Bengals management, staff and personnel, state publicly to all Bengals fans, “I will do everything in my power to help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl;”

    THAT Mike Brown will hire a general manager, drastically expand the scouting department and relinquish all control of player personnel;

    THAT all training, rehabilitation and medical facilities are considered best-in-class compared to other NFL teams;

    THAT the management fill the team only with players who fit the system, both mentally and physically, and are not reluctant to makes changes to player personnel when needed, regardless of cost or loyalty concerns;

    THAT offensive and defensive line depth is considered the top priority for all player personnel decisions;

    THAT all decisions made by ownership, management, staff and players, both on and off the field, are judged only by this criterion: “Does this help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl?”

No worries. We're all taking pay cuts and have a new Bengals fan in the house (yes, I'm a douchebag) so we have no intention of getting tickets at all. I'm still trying to figure out how the family can get matching Rivers jerseys this year without any money going to Mikey,

I don't understand the fun in going to games versus watching them on TV anyways. Usually a game consists of sitting next to a know-it-all who knows nothing, a constant stand up/sit down for stupid things like a punt, and seeing more Ohio State fans than I care to see get drunk and sing that stupid song and act like Ohio is a cool place to live.

Maybe some people just hate money.

I like watching at the house to I can use profanity and throw shit without getting ejected.Plus my wife leaves the house while the game is on because she knows the bengals suck and don't want to be around to watch her grown husband throw a fit worthy of a 3 yr old. All tho I will say by game 4 there were no more fits.

Yes, the Bengals off season looks promising. Yes, the front office has made some moves that the media has applauded, and yes, the Bengals are trying to get you back as season ticket holders. Every Bengals fan has been through this. I have said numerous times in the past that this team looks like they can win. Each year I was wrong. There is a chance that the Bengals can win, there is a chance every year that they can win. That is not what I want, and that is not the purpose of WDR. I want sustained success on the field. I want the playoffs to happen 8 out of the next ten years. Under the current management structure, yes a playoff run can happen every 15 to 20 years, but this is no longer good enough, er should I say, this will no longer be tolerated. Gentlemen, we must hold the line, we must no give in, WE WILL WIN.

VIVA LA REVOLUTION!

i know we are not supposed to buy anything bengals and all.... but i was really excited that rey came to town, hopfully he will be breakin jaws all season.. but then i found out he was rockin my high school number... so i have to get it one way or another... should i just get one made? hah

Hell yes get the jersey, his USC JERSEY that is.... Revolution forever, Mike Brown never..

I had a customer about a year ago that has been with the bengal organization over 20 years and when asked did not hesitate to answer that yes, Mike Brown is only interested in the bottom line "profit". He said the jets are #1 and bengals #2 in the nfl with least spent most revenue gained.

The only thing holding mikey boy from #1 is the new york market size.

Buy the jersey's off of EBAY. You can get the sown-in jerseys for like $50 bucks, and the reason is because they are knock offs, although the seller will never admit it. But Mikey or the NFL for that matter never sees any money from it.

Just a heads up on another Baghdad Hob spin that almost knocked me out of my chair.

Lets specifically pay attention to this paragraph

"...As much as the Bengals liked Eric Ghiaciuc's athleticism and felt his strength and power were underrated, they were never really enamored at his ability to communicate to the rest of the line. On Tuesday, no one downgraded Ghiaciuc, a player good enough to continue to start in the NFL and will in Kansas City."
