Who Dey Revolution Manifesto

  • Preamble

    IN THIS TIME of perpetual Cincinnati Bengals incompetence and futility, with zero playoff wins in the nineteen seasons since the WhoDeyRevolution Godfather, Paul Brown, passed away in 1991 and handed the team to his fortunate son, the Despot, Mike Brown;

    Introduction

    WE, the members of the Who Dey Revolution, in our fervent dedication to the Cincinnati Bengals and fanatical desire to transform our hometown team into perpetual Super Bowl contenders, call for a popular revolution of fans to demand comprehensive reform to the managerial decisions and approach of Cincinnati Bengals ownership, management, staff and players, and hereby call for the adoption of the following Who Dey Revolution Manifesto:

    Manifesto Demands

    THAT the Mike Brown, Katie Blackburn, Marvin Lewis, along with every other member of the Bengals management, staff and personnel, state publicly to all Bengals fans, “I will do everything in my power to help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl;”

    THAT Mike Brown will hire a general manager, drastically expand the scouting department and relinquish all control of player personnel;

    THAT all training, rehabilitation and medical facilities are considered best-in-class compared to other NFL teams;

    THAT the management fill the team only with players who fit the system, both mentally and physically, and are not reluctant to makes changes to player personnel when needed, regardless of cost or loyalty concerns;

    THAT offensive and defensive line depth is considered the top priority for all player personnel decisions;

    THAT all decisions made by ownership, management, staff and players, both on and off the field, are judged only by this criterion: “Does this help the Cincinnati Bengals win a Super Bowl?”

What is the worst football decision Mike Brown and Co. ever made?

Survey Says......

1 Nepotism
2 KiJana Carter over Mike Ditka's live savings
3 Firing Sam Wyche for Dave Shula
4 Akili Smith over anyone else
5 Chris Perry over Steven Jackson

One of the questions was...Whats another word used for "Bust"? "Kili" got it right but didn't answer it the way he should have.

This is soooo way out of left field that I cant tell if it's a joke or if it's real. It CAN'T be real, can it? Why would Akili Smith be on Family Feud? But then again, how could someone come up with something as weird as that story... I have to look this up.

What player should have been drafted instead of Achilles?

My wonderlic score was only higher than?

"We surveyed 100 people and the top three answers are on the board: Name the top three worst Bengals draft picks."

Akili and family will battle Ki-jana and family to see who is more resposible for the Bengals demise.

I vote Greg Cook for Bengals medical consultant.

Too soon?

"We surveyed 100 people about the Cincinnati Bengals, and 99 didn't think that Cincinnati still had an NFL team, but on to the question...we surveyed 100 people and the top three answers are on the board: which three teams did Akili Smith ruin while calling what he did playing professional football?"

3) Frankfort Galaxy
2) Cincinnati Bengals
1) This is a trick question. The Packers cut him early in training camp.

It CAN'T be real, can it? Why would Akili Smith be on Family Feud? But then again, how could someone come up with something as weird as that story... I have to look this up.

I can live for two months on a good compliment.

I found so many interesting stuff in your blog especially its discussion. From the tons of comments on your articles, I guess I am not the only one having all the enjoyment here!

I find life an exciting business,The point is succinctness of expression.

To offer a different perspective, I'm not sure that economics of transportation will ever drive us to become Locavores. Oil is but a sparse fraction of the cost of transport and distribution.
To me it is all about community and a healthy lifestyle. I would much prefer buying local even at higher cost because of the value to our community. And if we can get local volume over the threshold of economies of scale, then will be self sustaining. Unfortunately, Locavorism today is really on the fringe. In business terms, we need more market share - and then the economics will work too.

No one else is more worthy of our deep-felt reverence and gratitude. Blessings to you!
