This is really funny. The way that the government is handing out money, you never know. However, he would have caught more serious attention from the idiots in Washington if he would have requested 500 BILLION dollars insted of millions.

This guy is my fukin hero. Only problem is I don't think Obama staium would go over real well. Of course the way things are right now, we could rename PBS to 'O'bamination Stadium.
