Well Pittsburgh week has started off with about as much excitement and anticipation as the a child's first Christmas after finding out that Santa Claus is actually Dad. The fans don't care, because we know we have a very slim chance at winning. The players don't care because their season is over, and because they just played 5 quarters just to be rewarded with a fourth column in their 2008 record (after wins, losses, and almost wins.)
- More of the boycott on food and drink inside Paul Brown Stadium. OK maybe not this week, but yesterday was a smashing success. I didn't eat a bite of food, and the only thing I drank was the ice cold liquid beverage that I brought into the stadium (was it beer, or was it water? That is for you to figure out, Mr Bengal front office person trolling this website to look for illegal activity.) Now that everybody knows that you are allowed to bring your own food and bottled water into the games, we will all be able to plan on bringing our lunch to the games. We should see a drastic increase in boycott participation from game to game.
- Coach Zimmer putting a hit out for Himes Ward. Hines prematurely ended the brilliant rookie season of WDR favorite Keith Rivers, and now it is time for him to pay. And pay with blood he will. My guess is that Ndukwe or White will be encouraged to go headhunting on Thursday night.
- Ocho catching a bomb. It has been wayyyy too long since we have seen a deep ball. I don't even remember the last one I saw from the Bengals. This is partially due to the fact that Fitz throws like a girl, but also because Bratkowski prefers to throw swing passes to Benson as opposed to utilizing our Pro Bowl wide receivers.
- Hearing Bengals commentary from Cris Collinsworth... As an ex-Bengal who has no qualms with calling it like it is, we will get some fresh honest opinions on the state of the team... and hopefully a few WDR plugs while he is at it.

Desde Mexico City Cincibengals!!!
VIVA LA REVOLUCION, FUERA MIKE BROWN!!!
QUERIDOS BENGALS
CONTRATEN UN NUEVO DIRECTOR GENERAL
CON AMOR
TUS FANS

You also failed to mention the Singapore Sling and the Cincinnati Bow Tie, but we can let those slide for the time being. I think it's going to be hilarious that the entire pre-game show leading up to Thursday night's game will be dedicated to WDR and the fan uprising...because....well.....there isn't anything else to talk about.
Also, I love that we have international fan support on WDR (thank you Marco Antonio Romero Anaya) which brings me to my next point....for those of us who are interested in Marco's views but are not intelligent enough to read Spanish, what are the chances we can launch a WDR International Translator to the site and spread the REVOLUTION globally!
Dios salva a la Reina!

The translation on Babelfish of Marco's comment is unbelievably funny/bad.

Alright... I finally managed to find some upside to this season. The Bengals are terrible and no one expects them to win including the fans, media, and most of the coaches and players.
But this makes rivalry games scary for the favorite. There is no upside for Steeler's in this game. If they win they were supposed to, and if they lose they just lost to the Bungles (a terrible team). Plus we get the bonus of saying that we went 2-13-1 and one of our two wins was against the craptastic Steeler's. Which in a season like this is worth ~3 wins.

Attention Bengal Fans -
Go to this site: http://forums.steelersfever.com/
SIgn up, it is FREE, and go to the Blast Furnace forum. There is a post called "Facts about the Squeelers" that is lighting up the forum with Red Faced steeler fans that don't know how to react to a post from a fan of another team. Especially one that talks smack about their team.
Hey, it is Steelers week and trust me, this is an entertaining read. Post if you like but be ready for a storm of personal attacks. In reading this post, it looks like only one person of almost 100 comments has been backed up with real football talk. Most are personal flames but hey, what should the guy expect from Pittsburgh fans.

Mike needs to go back to counting beans like did for his dad. His dad would shit if he saw what he has done to this team. They built a whole auto plant in Indiana for less than that stadium cost.
